Try editing /etc/email-addresses.  It takes the form:
andreas: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and so on for your other user accounts.
Also, please set your line wrap to 72 or there abouts.  If your using
mutt, people were quite helpful when I asked how to do this - you can
find it in the archives.
