Hi. I live here in the Philippines and i'm planning to put up an All-Linux
Message Board specifically for filipino linux users but other linux
users from other countries may post as well... is there a HOWTO on how
to build such a site? books? suggestions?
these are my thoughts:
php + mysql + apache.
what's the diff in building php as an apache-module and other variants?
