Hi, The RioVolt Blue has the ability to play multiple soundformats. At the moment they support not only mp3, but also wmf for example. I'm not sure if they do support ogg though. I guess you'll be able to find out on their site. At least they should be able to, since this device has the ability to "learn" by upgrading it's firmware. Now someone has to write the support for it (if it's not there yet). On all other counts this is a great portable.
