if i recall correct you add in /etc/hosts.deny a line "ALL: ALL" and in /etc/hosts.allow lines with the ips allowed and the services they can access,like "sshd: 194.112.102.3, 193.230.167.22, 212.155.,217." and "in.telnetd: server.host.com, 198.204.22.4, 140.24." or "in.pop3d: ALL" and stuff.. take care.
