I've looked high and low and can't seem to find any info on this, so I hope someone here can help.
I would like to make complete backups of some of my music CDs, but I haven't figured out how to get images of both the ISO 9660 (Windows) and HFS (Mac) partitions from the "Enhanced CDs" (aka CD-Extra, CD-Plus), using Linux software. I expect that, in most cases, most of the files are shared between the two and I'd prefer to be able to create a data file that could be used with mkisofs to similarly recreate the sharing between the two partitions, but I'd settle for two completely separate images.
