connect script failure

Connect script failure is the comment I get from syslog.My file 
/etc/chatscripts/vsnl.net is ABORT BUSY ABORT 'NO CARRIER' ABORT VOICE ABORT 
'NO DIALTONE' ABORT 'NO DIALTONE' ' ' ATZ OK-AT-OK ATDP172226 CONNECT \d\c
What is the fault in this script, pl help. Ramachandran
