Same problem, same versions here. /usr/lib/gnome-pilot/conduits/libmemo_file_conduit.* belongs to gnome-pilot-conduits. I've just filed a bug report #131148. It would be nice if you went to http://bugs.debian.org/ (or a mirror), and searched for that number (website should be updated in next few minutes to hours).
