It is a bug and fixed in 1.4.0-1 which is in sid already. This version and also the actual 1.4.1-1 have urgency=low, so I'm not shure if this version will make it into woody. Maybe you could file a bug about the package urgency. That copy/paste bug has been _really_ annoying.
