Hi -
I tried to install a woody - beta 3.0 cd on an old pentium
133Mhz PC system, after install of base system and re-boot to
configure the text screen behaves more than odd:

after a clear the chars are displayed correctly until we reach
the last line of the screen, thereafter the characters/lines are
not correctly wrapped, but displayed on top of each other, which
results in totally unreadable text display (notice: no X-server
involved here)

It looks like that char once printed to screen never get
removed, even if use of delete key or normal line wrapping
mandates so.

The hardware is ok, at least everything is normal with potato
(Redhat/Mandrake as well).

I really appreciate any suggetion or help in this problem, since
I am out of good ideas.
