I'd like to set my system up so that if I insert a DVD it will automatically load up xine or xmms in the case of a cd, run a script when I plug in my camera etc.
Are there scripts that are already called when a CD is inserted that I
can modify? How about when the usb mass storage device is detected?
I haven't come across any such scripts while browsing /etc but it
seems like there should be something there.
What am I missing?
