$ mount -t hfsplus /dev/hfspluspartiotion /mountpoint works great on
my powerbook.

Kernel config:
CONFIG_HFS_FS=m
CONFIG_HFSPLUS_FS=m

Read kernel-source/Documentation/filesystems/hfs.txt
