Hi,

If I create a file in a directory, it should get a copy of the default
ACL of that directory, right? But somehow it is not inheriting the 
execute (x) right. Here is a sample session:

cladms003:/var/Share/Packages/Qemu# getfacl -d .
# file: .
# owner: root
# group: root
user::rwx
group::r-x
group:staff:r-x
mask::r-x
other::---

cladms003:/var/Share/Packages/Qemu# echo hello > f1
cladms003:/var/Share/Packages/Qemu# getfacl f1
# file: f1
# owner: root
# group: root
user::rw-
group::r-x                      #effective:r--
group:staff:r-x                 #effective:r--
mask::r--   #Problem: it should be r-x
other::---

As you can see, the mask is set to r--, while it should be r-x.

I'm using Debian sarge on sparc.
