Well, if he feels there is some requirement for enhancement, by
connotation, he must have a reasonable idea of what direction it must
lie in.
Please advise your friend to help himself to as much as he wants.
As long as all enhancements, or failed attempts for that matter, adhere
to the GPL copywrite format, he can have great big helpings.
