This is bad (as you've noticed).
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:863]$ dpkg --search /etc/X11/rgb.txt
x11-common: /etc/X11/rgb.txt
Rather than simply finding this file, it might be preferable to
reinstall the affected package which should fix it and maybe fix some
other botched files as well.
apt-get install --reinstall x11-common
