Hello, How are your network cards set up? Am I right in thinking that eth1 is your connection to your router, and eth0 is your connection to the switch? A dump of /etc/network/interfaces would help here. You seem to be trying to start dhcpd3, which is a dhcp server. Have you assigned the interface it is running on a static ip?
