This has happened to me as well... It is really quite similar to someone setting a vacation autoresponse. If their email provider doesn't realize that it is a list, anytime anyone sends an email, they will get the autoresponse.
Banning someone from this list may be a little harsh... perhaps the server can be configured to not send that email..? -- Leonid Grinberg
