Nope, I'm getting the same thing though, ever since the sa-exim package upgraded
to 4.2.1-1 yesterday.
I've played around with the permissions, but haven't been successfull yet.
Since I've never had anything go into the sa-exim/tuplets directory, I'm not too
concerned, but it would be nice to figure it out...
