(i don't really know the the config mechanism for this)
here's my etc/fstab line concerning my cdrom/dvd internal drive
/dev/hdc        /media/cdrom0   udf,iso9660 ro,user,noauto  0       0

- as far as i know you don't mount audio-cd but just let the program
that will play them deal with it.
oddly in xmms I have to point to /media/cdrom (not cdrom0) to play
audio-cds.

- for data cds you should (according to your fstab) either

mount /dev/hdc
or
mount /media/cdrom0
