Since installing Debian 3.1r1 on a healthy HD, everything appears to work.

However when I shut it down, there is a complaint about tmpfs running and
being switched to "read-only" mode.  

Is this what is supposed to happen?

"df" gives the following output:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] felixk]$ df

tmpfs                   258328         0    258328   0% /dev/shm
tmpfs                    10240       792      9448   8% /dev

Does something need fixing?
