I have a rule in localrule as below.
lvgdell600m:~# cat /etc/udev/rules.d/local.rules
BUS="scsi", SYSFS{model}="Cruzer Micro", KERNEL="sd?1", NAME="%k", SYMLINK="flash"

The new version of udev requires you to use '==' instead of '=' when looking at comparisons. You will probably see errors on boot such as 'invalid BUS command' relating to this rule.
