>From reading the Sony information, it appears that the _Sony_ pcmcia cd drive is bootable. This system was a gift, and the owner had purchased a 3rd party TEAC drive. The TEAC drive will not boot :-(. I'm guessing that your drive is a Sony? > I know I had to get some custom boot floppies to install from the USB > floppy drive.
