Eh, I don't know if I agree with that reasoning or not.
Think I'd be better off buying a PCI card with two ethernet jacks and
a hub? A FireWire cable is $30.
Anyway, enabling IP-over-FW is as difficult as rolling your own
kernel. Scary the first time, easy after that.
Also: file a wishlist bug with AGNULA asking them to enable
IP-over-FW, mentioning Pure Data. I'm sure they'll say yes.
Good idea. Their request/bug site wasn't loading, so I posted to the

Is "common sense" really valid?
For example, it is "common sense" to white-power racists that
whites are superior to blacks, and that those with brown skins
are mud people.
