I'm sure it's not *needed*, since fetchmail/postfix/spamassassin/ maildrop doesn't even mention IMAP... :) The Courier people do an excellent job of manipulating Maildirs. And since IMAP, *is* a standard Access Protocol, and I'm a Linux kinda guy, I use an open standard method of accessing mail!
