You seem to have a problem in your sources.list. The version of nvidia-glx which depends on xserver-common is the old one from Sarge. The new versions all depend on x11-common instead. The packages for older cards (version 7184 of the driver) are now called nvidia-*-legacy*. The nvidia-* packages are currently not in Etch, see here: http://packages.qa.debian.org/n/nvidia-graphics-drivers.html [2006-04-18] nvidia-graphics-drivers REMOVED from testing I think that people on Etch either install the nvidia-* packages from Unstable or they use the installer script from the nvidia homepage. (I can only confirm that both these methods work fine on Sid since I am not an Etch user myself.) -- Regards, Florian -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
