AFAIK the new intel based macs are just standard intel PCs except for a drm
chips that is supposed to allow OsX to install only on "licensed" PCs.
Considering OsX for them has been hacked to install on any old PC I guess it
should also work the other way around, which means i386.

If it installs properly, then my guess is you should be able to install grub
which should be able to boot osX (you may need to hack to variables). Maybe the
mac program to dual boot windows will also work here.
