I didn't notice this thread earlier, but just in case no one has posted the fix for it yet, just install the packages manually using dpkg. i.e. apt-get install --download-only libpam-modules dpkg -i /var/cache/apt/archive/libpam-modules*.deb You'll probably also need to install libpam0g along with it.
