Well, I wouldn't be surprised if there are already Intel branded gigabit PCI NICs that have the Marvel Yukon chipset on. Like the "Intel" 6-port SATA Raid cards that are really LSI 150-6 cards - they didn't even badge-engineer the firmware UI... My point is the Intel brand no longer means you get top-notch performance.
