Kushal Kumaran, you seem misunderstood me.
I do know how to use make-kpkg and related stuff. And I do know that xen
is available via packages. What I need is to install xen (dom0) from
packages, but use it with my own domU kernel with my own kernel patches.
And to do so I need the way to build domU kernel package. This is not
written in man, at least I didn't find it.
Maybe this will help then:
http://www.debian-administration.org/articles/320. They use the
kernel-package system to build a xen kernel. I suppose the only
difference from a "regular" kernel build is the different
architecture.
Please do not reply personally to mailing list posts. You don't want
any mistakes in my responses to slip past alert readers of
debian-user, do you?
