Image sizing in Konqueror

Is it possible -- by means of an extension perhaps -- to make large, 
dense images, e.g. jpegs, to fit the window when opened in KDE 
Konqueror?  This kind of reduction is possible in Iceweasel, but I would 
like the same thing in Konqueror.
