I am also working with this problem. I have a 2wire gateway and it's weird.
I was able to use the wireless card in my system to do a netinst. However,
once the sys was installed, nothing works. The wireless doesn't work. The n
ic doesn't work. I have tried dhcp and static. DHCP times out every time.
Any help would be appreciated. I would like to start using linux at home, but
this is taking too much time.
