Ah ha. That's why I didn't see it. I have to actually look for it, but then it wouldn't really help because this particular machine needs a 2.6.21 kernel to fix a timing bug that was driving me crazy. Back when I was running the 2.6.15 kernel, my clock ran twice normal speed. It made the computer quite fast, but I had to sync with ntp servers every few minutes.
