Hi, I'm very new to Debian and deb packages. I have installed a number of different deb packages for Apache, PHP5, etc.
The libapache2-mod-php5 package I installed has a number of extensions built in, but there are some that are missing that I need. php5-mcrypt php5-xmlrpc are just a couple. PHP says that in order to have mcrypt work with PHP5, you have to compile PHP5 with --with-mcrypt. I have already installed the above two packages, but how do I get the libapache2-mod-php5 to work with them (i.e. how do I get libapache2- mod-php5 to recompile with --with-mcrypt)??? Thanks!
