If you have the ability to store and run a CGI script remotely, run
something like this...

use warnings;
use strict;
my $myip = $ENV{'REMOTE_ADDR'};
print "Content-type: text/html\n\n";
print "<html><head></head><body>my ip: $myip<br>";
print "</body></html>";
