Possibly. It's a zip archive, and Ark will recognise and open it. They
can be encrypted but the sender would have told you that. The file
document.xml contains the text, though it's a real mess of XML. Oddly,
double-click it from Ark, and you should at least see the text, though
without line breaks and probably other niceties. Abiword and OOo both
show the whole thing, which isn't all that useful.
