If you are running at the command-line, you can click and drag to select text, and then middle-click in your email program to copy it. If you are running in visual mode, you can shift-click and drag to select text, and then middle-click in your email program to copy it. It would also be helpful if you include a brief description of what you were trying to do when the error occurred.
