Using "Adobe Reader 8.1.2" I could simply select text with my lmb, and than paste the text to wherever I want. Or I could do a ctrl-a and select copy from the popup window (note that the cursor must be over some selected text). Than I went to eg. Kate and use paste from the popup window and the entire text was pasted. Manon.
