Have you tried running isovfy (from genisoimages) on the isos? Other things that come to mind are bad CDs or neglecting to finalize the CDs. The latter seems unlikely, given the number of different tools you've tried, but could the discs have been left somewhere too hot at some point? -- Michael A.
