I have decided on two candidates for testing. They are both based on the Intel 
G965 chipset because it looks promising since the etchnhalf/r4 was released. 
They are Asus P5B-VM and Gigabyte GA-965GM-S2.

I will try installation on one of these or both and report here and in 
DebianOn. BTW DebianOn seems like a good idea. I wonder why it is almost 
completely dead.

I will move on to looking for wireless cards now.
