(I assume you're talking about epiphany-browser)
Lenny provides epiphany-browser-dbg
Furthemore Debian provides *-dbg debs for (quite?) every library,
e.g.:

% apt-cache search -n libgtk2 dbg
libgtk2.0-0-dbg - The GTK+ libraries and debugging symbols
