I am sorry if this is already been answered, but from the archives, I don't think so.
Upon updating my Debian unstable system, apt-get seems to hang when upgrading the Netbase package to netbase 4.11. When I do a ps, I see entries such as: /usr/bin/perl -w /usr/share/debconf/frontend /var/lib/dpkg/info/netbase.postinst configure 4.10 and grep -q ip6-localhost There is no abnormal load but it just hangs.
