maildrop is what you want. *Much* more rational than procmail. (But then, I like Python...)

I won't argue that one. Procmail's config is weird and hard to read, but I started with procmail years ago and don't have to change my filtering rules very often. Maildrop also works much better for virtual domains than procmail. If I started over, I wouldn't use procmail, that's for sure.
