Im afraid that didnt help. It looks like the browser, or Flash, when it grabs the sound card, doesnt let anything else have it, weather or not its using it. If I shut the browser, then other programs can use sound, but if i keep it open, then they cant. Simple as that. I dont know if its a Pulse thing or a FireFox thing or a Flash thing.
