VISUDO(8) visudo edits the sudoers file in a safe fashion, analogous to vipw(8). visudo locks the sudoers file against multiple simultaneous edits, provides basic sanity checks, and checks for parse errors. If the sudoers file is currently being edited you will receive a message to try again later. - -- Daryl Styrk Naples, FL USA -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAkocPAMACgkQ6baBhW8CzriX2wCdGBeE5gvhygJij8ZxAEvbdGw4 a4YAn2CidCqh1BVIs/0GjBV/wcUPiGYo =4Rcy -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
