I installed cups-driver-guntenprint and after restarting CUPS and following the KDE Printer configuration assistant I get the same error message shown before (related to gutenprint and permissions). I believe that this error is caused by not loadind the lp module because I can't see any /dev/lp* device created. Any idea? Could this be a bug in some kernel module? or maybe a hardware bug in my mainboard? What direction should I point to solve this issue? :( Thanks >> See >> http://www.openprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=HP-DeskJet_920C >> --- they are saying it's working fine ... >> >> >> -- >> To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org >> with a subject of "unsubscribe".
