No, not cdrecord.  Cdrecord doesn't speak DVD.  The non-free but
free-for-non-commercial-use cdrecord-ProDVD does, but the lemmings will no
doubt rise out of the woodwork and crucify you for daring to use it.

And yes, I'm aware that there's a patch to the free cdrecord that adds DVD
support for a subset of drives.
