AFAIK the current support for testing security is... reduced. There are no packages built and uploaded directly for testing (as it happens with stable). Whenever some issue is fixed in unstable the package is migrated ASAP to testing, but ASAP means that sometimes it doesn't happen very fast (due to other unrelated problems).
