Hello all Recently I installed cron-apt in order to perform automatic updates and in order to get the Summary per E-mail. Now I am wondering whether the /etc/cron.daily/apt script becomes obsolete, by installing cron-apt. Can I simply remove the /etc/cron.daily/apt script? Or ist it somehow essential?
