Does running "smblient -L 127.0.1.1" make a difference? 2. Does restricting the smb ports to either 139 or 445 with "smb ports = ..."in smb.conf make a difference? 3. Does "testparm -s" flag any problems? 4. Does "pdbedit -Lv" out output the users that you want to have in samba?
