I have Debian Wheezy on my Gateway netbook (LT3119U). When I run either pm-hibernate or hibernate, the system instead *suspends*. The power light continues to flash, and if I kill power by holding the power button down, does not resume. If I single-press the power button, it resumes from suspend normally--but I wanted to hibernate.
