is a self-build (rt patch emu kernel) with source from kernel.org and at least 2.6.39-2 from the repositories was ok too, didn't tested the upgrade to 2.6.39-3 until now, which btw. still is named 2.6.39-2. I build by running make-kpkg --rootcmd fakeroot --initrd kernel-image kernel-headers of cause I don't add staging (or what ever it is named, that couldn't be used with real rt-patches) and some other thingies, that are unimportant for my usage.
